Facebook Provide Integrated chat in your Profile where you can chat with your friends family members and others. Default status of your chat is Online means you are online and others can see you online and can chat with you. But if any time you don’t want to chat and wants to be online, then Facebook provides a way for this as well. All you have to is just follow some instructions.
Instructions:
- Open Chat from Chat icon from the bottom of the page.
- Go to Options in chat pop up and click Go Offline.
- This will block incoming IMs and your status will be offline for your friends and they won’t be able to see you offline.
- Later if you want to become online you can go through the same procedure.
